Solid performance and larger cooking coil after a month of Daily Use
I“tried” some induction burners and had something wrong with all of them (poor temperature control, mini coil, sometimes extremely loud running noise, touch buttons that no longer react with the slightest water vapor and much more...). This “Pro” induction burner has really mastered its job. Everything works just right after using it daily near a month.
Initially, I had doubts about whether the temperature control could actually work that well, but in short, it does! And it works exactly as described. One thing to keep in mind: induction is all about the pan. With cast iron, or good stainless, you’ll get the broad, even heat this unit can deliver. If you use a thin, bargain pot, it’ll feel like a small hot spot in the middle — that’s the pan, not the cooktop.
I also took this burner camping. Ran it at 1200 W on a Jackery Explorer 1500 for about 30 minutes to cook dinner, used roughly half the battery, plenty of headroom left. It completely met my needs, and I’m keeping it for its good value.

Great
The heating element is large, big enough to hold an extra-large pan. It only took me a moment to realize it won’t turn on unless a pan is placed on the surface. My T-fal pans don’t work with it, but my ceramic pan does. I’m very pleased with this unit—it feels well made, durable, and solid quality. An inch of water came to a boil in about a minute.

Well designed and very useful
I’ve wanted to try induction cooking for a while now, and finally the opportunity came up. To start with, this cooktop looks great and is well designed. It features an 8-inch heating coil and 18 temperature settings. I was amazed at how quickly it brought water to a boil.
It’s made of stainless steel with a black shatter-proof glass top, and it also has a timer and a boil mode button. The size is convenient enough to bring along to events where an extra cooktop is needed.
My plan is to use it during power outages, which hurricanes here can cause for multiple days. I have a large solar generator, and this induction burner will be perfect to plug in and cook a proper meal.

Great standalone cooktop
This is the third portable induction cooktop I’ve tried, and I really enjoy the concept since I can place it anywhere in my kitchen (or elsewhere) and most of my cookware works with it. This unit heats up instantly, and only when a pan is on it, which is great for safety. I like that it gives you three different ways to control the heat. I usually go with the temperature mode, which lets you adjust in 20-degree intervals—perfect for both slow, low cooking and high heat. The top surface is completely flat, making cleanup super easy. Overall, this is a great portable cooktop that I’ll keep using.
